Basic Troubleshooting: How to Delete and Reinstall Marketplace Content

Sometimes, content from the Minecraft Marketplace may not download correctly. If you're having trouble launching Gamemode One products, a simple troubleshooting method is to delete and then reinstall one of our Maps or Add-Ons. This guide will assist you with this easy troubleshooting solution:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Storage
3. Go to Behaviour packs
4. Delete the desired Map or Add-On
5. Go to Resource packs
6. Delete the same Map or Add-On
7. While you are in Storage settings, clear your Marketplace and Downloads Cache as well.
8. Now, go to Minecraft Marketplace from the main menu
9. Go to your library of Marketplace content
10. Click the Map or Add-On you want to download again
11. Click Download
12. Recreate the world or reopen the world you are trying to fix.
13. Test to see if the issue is fixed.
